Registration gives you formal protection on an active opportunity and establishes priority between partners pursuing the same prospect.
90 Days of Deal Protection
Once your registration is accepted, the deal is protected for 90 days. During that window we won’t engage the prospect directly or through another partner without talking to you first.
Priority Between Partners
If two partners register the same prospect, the first valid registration wins and both parties hear about it. Registering early puts your name on the deal.
Backup From Our Team
Registration puts our sales team in your corner. We’ll help you scope, position, and close, with as much or as little involvement as you want.
The ground rules don’t move
Deal registration runs on the same principles as the whole partner program. You run your business independently, and we protect the work you bring.

Partner-sourced opportunities are protected
We will not solicit or divert your active, registered opportunities during the protection period. That’s the entire point of registering.
No retroactive changes
Commercial terms are never changed retroactively, and new program rules never apply to deals you’ve already registered.

You register the deal
Send us the basics below. It takes about two minutes, and a missing detail won’t hold things up.
We review it
The partner team checks for conflicts and confirms your registration within ten business days, usually much faster.
Protection begins
Accepted deals are protected for 90 days from the date of acceptance, with your name on the opportunity.
You close, we back you up
Work the deal with our team behind you. If you need more time and the deal is progressing, you can request a 30 day extension.

First registration wins
If two partners register the same prospect, we honor the first valid submission and notify both parties.
Some deals don’t qualify
Prospects already in our active pipeline and existing CyberFortress customers can’t be registered.
Protection has a clock
If the deal doesn’t close within the protection period, the registration expires and the opportunity opens back up.
Open to every partner type
Any authorized CyberFortress partner can register a deal. Your commissions and resale terms live in your commercial agreement, and registering never changes them.
