The Reality

Your data keeps growing. So does the target on it.

Ransomware, accidental deletion, hardware failure, compliance mandates. The threats compound every year while most backup strategies stand still. And the test of a backup strategy is brutally simple: when everything is on fire, does your data come back?

Failure 01

Backups ransomware can reach.

If an attacker can touch your backups, you have copies of your data for the attacker.

Failure 02

Restores measured in days.

Every hour of recovery is an hour of payroll, production, and reputation burning.

Failure 03

Zero visibility into backup health.

A silently failing job looks exactly like a healthy one until restore day.

Failure 04

Tools sized for someone else.

Enterprise complexity crushes small teams. SMB simplicity breaks under enterprise load.

Complete Coverage

If it holds your data, we protect it. One provider, one portal, complete coverage across your entire environment: on-prem, cloud, and everything between.

Certified recovery engineers who answer the phone, at 2 a.m. included.

CF-Assisted DR Testing

Your recovery time becomes a measured fact instead of a hope. We test it with you before anything ever goes wrong.

One portal, complete visibility

Every job, every machine, every restore point, one screen.

Transparent, predictable pricing

A monthly rate you can budget, with zero surprise egress charges.

How It Works

From setup to restore in four moves.

1

Assess

We evaluate your environment, data volumes, compliance needs, and recovery objectives, then recommend the technology and strategy that fit.

2

Onboard

Our engineers configure, deploy, and integrate: encrypted repositories, hardened settings, your infrastructure.

3

Protect

Automated backups run on your schedule with continuous monitoring and full portal visibility. A failing job gets caught the day it fails.

4

Recover

A single file or a full system, our team executes with you 24/7/365. This is the step everything else exists for, and the one we drill.

The Bigger Picture

Backup is one pillar of the fortress.

Backup as a Service is part of the CyberFortress Trinity Platform, which brings prevention, detection, and recovery into a single command center.

Prevent

Proactive hardening: DR assessments, vulnerability remediation, patching, segmentation, and access control that close the gaps attackers count on.

Detect

Failed backups, unauthorized access, ransomware IOCs, and anomalies, surfaced and contained in minutes, around the clock.

Recover

Validated, drilled, timed restores of clean data, with proof it works.

Fortress Readiness Assessment

Questions we get before the first call.

What’s the difference between Veeam, Ahsay, and Asigra, and which one do I need?

They’re the three technologies behind our Backup as a Service. Veeam fits enterprise and virtualized environments, Ahsay fits small and mid-size businesses that want simplicity, and Asigra fits regulated, security-first industries. You choose with a specialist: we assess your environment and recommend the fit, because we’re the ones who have to recover it.

Isn’t my Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace data already backed up?

Microsoft and Google keep their services running. Under the shared-responsibility model, protecting your data from accidental deletion, ransomware, and malicious insiders falls to you. We keep an independent, restorable copy that answers to you alone.

Will my backups survive a ransomware attack?

Immutable, air-gapped copies exist for exactly this: attackers can encrypt neither what they can’t change nor what they can’t reach. Asigra deployments add AI ransomware scanning on both backup and restore, so threats stay out of your recovered data. Then we go one step further and restore-test, because immutable is a copy and recovery is a company.

How fast can we recover?

From a single file to a full system, our 24/7/365 recovery engineers execute alongside you, with RPO/RTO targets as low as 15 minutes on Veeam and benchmark restores of 2 to 4 TB/hour. With CF-assisted DR testing, you’ll know your recovery time long before you ever need it.

Can you protect both on-prem and cloud workloads?

Yes. Virtual machines, physical servers, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, databases, endpoints, NAS devices, and SaaS applications, all managed through one portal.

How does pricing work?

A clear, predictable monthly rate based on what you protect, with zero hidden transaction fees and zero surprise egress charges. Talk to a specialist for a quote.

The only backup worth paying for is the one that comes back.

Start with a conversation. A recovery specialist builds the plan around your environment, your data, and your recovery goals, then recommends the technology that fits.
