Wade Alt

Chief Executive Officer

Wade Alt joins CyberFortress as Chief Executive Officer, bringing over two decades of transformative leadership in operations, cyber defense, and digital infrastructure. Wade leads CyberFortress with a focus on scaling the company’s industry-leading Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) portfolio through operational excellence and strategic market expansion.

Prior to CyberFortress, Wade served as Chief Operating Officer at DeepSeas, where he was instrumental in unifying and scaling its next-generation cybersecurity and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. His strategic expertise was honed through significant executive roles, including as Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led global cyber defense delivery management for consulting engagements and remote delivery services, demonstrating a profound understanding of the complex threat landscape clients face.

With a foundational background in strategic consulting at firms like Accenture and American Management Systems, complemented by a Master’s degree in International Business from Georgetown University, Wade is uniquely positioned to drive CyberFortress’s mission: to simplify complex data protection and deliver dependable, rapid recovery, ensuring customers achieve true cyber resilience.

Ryan Tate​

Chief Financial Officer​

Ryan has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting; most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Tradeshift, a cloud-based supply chain platform company. Prior to Tradeshift, Ryan spent 12 years at Rackspace in roles spanning SEC reporting, investor relations and general corporate accounting functions. He served as the company’s Corporate Controller working closely with the Private Equity owners on transformation initiatives and he helped lead the company through its August 2020 IPO. Ryan began his career in public accounting at KPMG where he was an Audit Manager working with both public and private clients. Ryan, who is based in San Antonio, is a CPA and holds an M.S. Accounting from Trinity University.

Justin Brady

Chief Operating Officer

Justin Brady serves as Chief Operating Officer at CyberFortress, where he oversees operational strategy, service delivery, margin expansion, and cross-functional execution against the GTM plan.

Justin brings extensive experience in scaling software businesses and driving operational excellence. Most recently, he served as Portfolio CEO at Dura Software, a private equity-backed company specializing in niche software acquisitions, where he oversaw the performance and strategic direction of eight software companies. He ensured each company met key operational and financial targets across revenue and bookings growth, churn reduction, cost efficiency, and employee engagement, while leading the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses.

Prior to his portfolio role, Justin served as CEO for six of Dura’s acquired companies, where he led post-acquisition execution, implemented operational playbooks, and drove key performance indicators necessary for long-term value creation. He was deeply involved in due diligence processes and instrumental in stabilizing and growing these businesses post-close.

Justin holds a B.A. in American History from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Arts in Administration from University of the Incarnate Word.

Scott Graham

Scott Graham

Vice President Technical Operations​ ​

Scott serves as vice president of technical operations at CyberFortress, a position he previously held at Jungle Disk. He was formerly vice president of network operations and customer service for cloud backup at J2 Global, managing over 100 data centers globally and responsible for all cloud services’ technical operations. Before J2, he was director of enterprise infrastructure services for iRobot, driving the migration of all computing and mission-critical applications to the cloud. Scott brings over 30 years of senior-level experience to managing infrastructures and cloud strategies for global companies supporting customer-facing applications.

William Alberts

General Counsel​

William serves as general counsel and secretary at CyberFortress, a post he held for Jungle Disk. Previously, he served on the global legal team at Rackspace as general counsel, senior vice president and secretary. He led efforts to take Rackspace public in 2008 and through their $4.3 billion private transaction in 2016. During his tenure, he grew a legal team from four generalists to 45 functional specialty personnel. Before that, William was counsel at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld, LLP, a global law firm of over 900 lawyers, where he specialized in corporate governance, M&A and securities law.

Amanda Matthews

Amanda Matthews

Vice President of Customer Experience ​

Amanda serves as Vice President Customer Experience, having previously held the Vice President of Business Operations position for Jungle Disk. She has an impressive history for surpassing goals and positioning businesses for success by building highly accomplished teams dedicated to operational excellence. Before Jungle Disk, she led multiple customer support teams at Rackspace focused on elevating the customer experience. She has an innate ability to quickly identify and actualize ideas, employing shrewd strategies to maximize organizational capabilities, operations, service offerings and team performance.
